These terms and conditions govern:-
a. Your use of ParkAero’s Online Store (Website) or any subsequent Uniform Resource Locator (URL) which may replace it (the ‘Website’); and
b. Your relationship with ParkAero, with whom you will enter into an agreement for the purchase of any products / goods advertised on the website (the ‘Products’) that you decide to order. Any references to ‘us’, ‘our’ or ‘we’ in these Terms and conditions are to ParkAero.
Please read through these Terms and Conditions plus the Returns Policy carefully as they contain important information relevant to your use of the website and any subsequent purchase of products from the website. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and Returns Policy, please do not register for, or use the Website. Please note that to purchase any of the Product or Products; you are first required to register as an authorised user on the website.

2. Use of the Website
You are provided with access to the Website in accordance with these Terms and Conditions free of charge and for your personal and non-commercial use only. By using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time. You will be asked to confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and Returns Policy on confirmation of placement of Order.

ParkAero reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the Terms and Conditions have been amended and your continued use of the Website (or any part thereof) following any amendment will be deemed to be an acceptance by you of such amendment. Accordingly, the supply to you of Products will be governed by the Terms and conditions that were current when you placed your order.
4. Registration
You must be aged 18 years or over and have completed our registration process before you can make purchases from the Website. You must ensure that the personal details which you are required to provide when you register on the Website or at any other time are accurate, current and complete in all respects and you must inform ParkAero immediately of any changes to that information by updating your personal details either on the website or by contacting us directly (please see the ‘contact us’ page for contact details).
5. Security
When you register on the Website you will be asked to enter a password of your choice. Ensure that any passwords are kept confidential. We recommend that passwords are periodically changed by editing your personal details on the Website or by contacting Customer Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. If you know, or suspect that another person knows your password, you must notify us immediately by contacting Customer services (see below for details). ParkAero will not be liable to you or any other person for loss or damage which may result of any failure by you to protect your password. You may not use the website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, including without limitation, in the following manner:
a. Distributing any unlawful, libellous, abusive, threatening, harmful, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material
b. Transmitting material that constitutes a criminal offence, results in civil liability or otherwise breaches any relevant laws, regulations or code of practice gaining unauthorised access to other computer systems interfering with any other person’s use or enjoyment of the Website
In the event that any ParkAero representative has any reason to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of the Website, we may require you to change your password or may suspend your use of the Website.
6. Order Placement
Orders can only be placed or cancelled by you (the party concerned) if you have registered with us in accordance with Paragraph 4 above. No other person may place or cancel orders with us on your behalf. Your order is an offer of purchase to buy a Product or Products from us and is subject to acceptance by us. Our acceptance of your order will take place when payment has been processed with the relevant price of your order, at this point an Order Acknowledgement e-mail will be sent to you. At this point the Agreement for sale of the Product(s) shall be formed and we will supply the goods to you in accordance with your order and these Terms and Conditions.
7. Order Cancellation and Returns
You may cancel the Order at any time within seven (7) days of receiving the Product(s) without any liability to ParkAero except any direct costs incurred by us in relation to the Product being returned and we will refund to you any part of the price that we have received, provided the following conditions are met:-
a. Product is returned undamaged in resalable condition
b. Product is returned in its original packaging
c. Product has not been specifically tailored to your specific specifications; and or
d. Personalised to your requirements
e. Not liable to deteriorate
ParkAero will refund, by way of crediting the credit/debit card originally debited, the value of the Product(s) on return of the Product(s) to ParkAero following the company’s Returns Procedures and Quality Control Measures. An E-Mail Acknowledgement of Receipt of Product and credit will be sent to you as confirmation of the credit Refund.
Delivery Charges will not be refundable and a restocking fee may apply.

8. Faulty or Unsatisfactory Product
Faulty or Unwanted Product can be returned at any time within Seven (7) days of receiving the Product(s). ParkAero reserve the right to offer a refund or provide a replacement of equivalent quality and value but delivery charges will not be refundable and a restocking charge may apply.

9. Product Availability
The supply of Products is subject to availability of those Products. ParkAero reserves the right to withdraw Products from sale without notice.
10. Product Information
Whilst The ParkAero take all reasonable endeavours to advertise the Products accurately, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all information provided related to the Products, including, without limitation, photographs and / or images of the Products.
11. Pricing
Details of the total price, and the total amount debited including any and all additional charges (where applicable), I.E. Delivery Charges, etc. from your credit/debit card, will be sent by e-mail confirmation once your order has been processed. Currently all prices are exclusive of VAT at the current standard rates (where applicable) and correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. ParkAero reserve the right to change prices without prior notice and refuse any transactions. However, this will not affect orders that have been accepted. The total cost of your order is the total final price of the Products ordered plus any applicable delivery charge as set out on the Website. All Prices quoted are in Great British Pounds (GBP) Sterling.
12. Paying for your Product
Products can be purchased from the Website by using any of the credit or debit card payment methods displayed on the payment page plus PayPal. ParkAero uses the 100% secure PayPal Payment Pro to handle all online payments. ParkAero does not store or record customers payment card details.You must give us authority for payment at the time of order. Ownership of the Products will not pass to you until your payment has been processed. You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used for payment is yours. All cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. We will not deliver any Products prior to these checks and authorisations being completed. If your card issuer refuses to authorise payment to us, we cannot accept your order, and will not be liable for any consequent delay or non-delivery.
13. Delivery of Products
ParkAero employ third party delivery service providers to deliver its Products to its customers subject to the delivery chose made by the consumer at the time of Order placement on the Website. ParkAero endeavour to packaging the product suitable to the delivery method employed to ensure the product arrives in the best condition possible.
ParkAero endeavour to dispatch all orders received within a 48 hour period of receipt of the order. Orders placed before 2.00pm will generally be dispatched on the same day when circumstances allow. ParkAero’s operating hours are 10:00 to 17:00 Hrs Monday to Friday, orders accepted on Saturday or Sunday and or Bank Holidays will be dispatched by the following Tuesday or within two (2) working days whichever is the later. Delivery Times and Dates are subject to the delivery method chosen by the consumer at time of Order placement. We will not be liable for any delays in delivery.
14. Delivery Costs
ParkAero is a UK based company serving the United Kingdom. Our web shop delivery rates are currently set for UK delivery only. For reliabilty and convenience we use Royal Mail for most of our deliveries. For larger orders we may use the services of a courier. Please note that we do not deliver outside of the UK, Highlands, and the Republic of Ireland. Sorry we do not supply to the Channel Islands. We would always recommend the use of an insured service to ensure that the goods reach you safely and would strongly advise to use the Signed For Special Delivery for items over £45.00. For those electing to use 1st Class post we can not be held liable for any losses. Regardless of the service selected proof of posting is allways obtained. Our UK delivery rates range from £2.70 to £8.95.
15. Delivery Address Details
Incorrect personal details may lead to problems or delays in delivery, so before placing your order, please ensure that you have included the full address details, including accurate postcode of the intended recipient and your daytime contact telephone number or e-mail address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered.

a. While ParkAero endeavours to ensure that this Website is available at all times, ParkAero shall not be liable if, for any reason, this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. ParkAero may suspend access to this Website without notice.

c. While ParkAero endeavour to ensure that content on this Website is correct and up to date, ParkAero does not warrant the accuracy and completeness of any information posted on this Website and makes no commitment to update any content which may be out of date.
d. ParkAero does not warrant or represent that this Website is free of viruses or any other technically harmful content, or defamatory, offensive or other harmful content. The ParkAero provides this Website ‘as is’, without any conditions or warranties. ParkAero and all other names, images, pictures, logos and icons identifying ParkAero or its services are, unless otherwise stated, trademarks or trade names of ParkAero.com in the United Kingdom and other countries. Other Product and company names mentioned in the Website may be trademarks of their respective owners. All intellectual property rights in the design, content and arrangement of the website (including its text and graphics, all software compilations or underlying source code, and all other material on the website) are reserved to ParkAero, its affiliates or content and / or technology providers. You may print or copy parts of the Website in connection with ordering Products from us but you may not use any materials contained in the Website for any other purpose.
17. Indemnity
You agree to fully indemnity, defend and hold ParkAero’s officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers harmless immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses including reasonable legal fees and / or settlement sums reasonably suffered, incurred or paid by us arising out of the following:
a. Breach of the Terms and Conditions by you or any other person accessing the Website using your password and / or your personal details; any
b. claim by third party that your use of the website is defamatory, abusive or offensive, is of an obscene or pornographic nature, is illegal or constitutes a breach of any applicable law, regulation or code of practice;
c. claim by a third party that your use of the Website infringes that party’s intellectual property rights of whatever nature; and

If you breach these terms and conditions and we ignore this fact, we still be entitled to use its rights and remedies at a later date or in any other circumstances where you breach the terms and conditions. A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall have no right under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these terms and conditions but this shall not affect any right or remedy of any third party which exists or is available apart from that Act. These terms and conditions represent the entire agreement between you and ParkAero in relation to the purchase by you of the Products from us and supersede all prior agreements, arrangements and undertakings between you and us relating to the purchase by you of the Products from us. Nothing in these terms and Conditions shall operate to exclude or limit our liability for any fraudulent misrepresentation.
19. Notices
Notices may be served by personal delivery or by first class post or by facsimile. Notices shall be deemed to be served on delivery when delivered personally; or on receipt of a printout confirming due transmission when transmitted by facsimile; or two (2) days after mailing if sent by mail, provided the postage is properly paid and such notice is correctly addressed.
